Ultrasound Image Processing Device 'UI-27 ABC UT III'

We introduce a device that rapidly records full waveform data of inspection materials and processes it into images!

The "UI-27 ABC UT III" is a device that performs non-destructive testing of inspection materials using ultrasound and processes inspection data (full waveform data) into images. It is capable of evaluating welds and joints, detecting inclusions, voids, and cracks, and analyzing the structures of composite materials. It performs 4-axis control to conduct X-Y plane scans and θ (rotation) -Z scans for imaging cylindrical inspection materials. Additionally, the operation panel (GOT) allows for equipment operation, while basic settings and the display and analysis of image results are conducted on a PC screen. 【Features】 ■ Since it saves full waveform data, it can perform re-imaging processing without rescanning even if changes in display conditions, such as re-gate settings, occur. ■ It allows for quick and easy confirmation and analysis of waveforms from re-imaging results. ■ By displaying A, B, C scopes and EH monitors on the same screen, it facilitates easy analysis of image results. ■ A wealth of optional features is available for analyzing image results. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
